Though we keep as broad a selection as we can in all of our retail agencies, on those occasions when you're looking for a product we don't normally keep in stock, we'll do everything we can to get it for you. You can place a special order at any of our stores in person, or if you prefer, you can fill out the following form to send us your request electronically.  We'll research the requested item if necessary, let you know what we find out, and get the item to the retail agency of your choice, where you can pick it up for purchase. If you are inquiring about an item we have never had, we require that a whole case is purchased in order to proceed. (Note: By Vermont law we cannot ship products directly to you; we can only send them to a Vermont retail agency where you can pick them up.  Special orders are subject to the same laws and regulations as other liquor purchases, including age requirements.). Products such as Blanton's, Eagle Rare 10YR & Buffalo Trace are just a few items under allocation and cannot be special ordered.

Many special order items are included on our Last Call Sale  page.  However, we'll do our best to find other items not listed there; just give us as thorough a description as you can, and we'll try to find the item.  Sometimes we won't be able to find it, or it won't be available, or quantities might be very limited, or shipping times might be extended; but most of the time we can get the item for you within a few weeks. Some items do have a minimum or maximum order quantity.

Allocated products are limited quantities of product produced by the Supplier. They cannot be ordered through the Special Order process; they must be purchased at an 802Spirits agency. The Department distributes these allocated products to the local agency stores based on availability. Products such as Blanton's, Eagle Rare 10YR & Buffalo Trace are just a few items under allocation and cannot be special ordered. Learn more about Allocated Products.
