Bacardi Black Rums

Imported dark rum from Puerto Rico. A blend of selected aged rums which are charcoal filtered for smoothness before aging in oak barrels for one to four years. Bronze, cola color. Sweet, molasses nose. Candied flavors. Finishes with flavors of black coffee. Best mixed with fuit juices, soda or in Pina Coladas.


Anise flavored cordial imported from France. Distilled in the tradition of Absinthe, which was banned in most countries in the early 1900's because it contained wormwood. Wormwood is a plant derivative that was thought to cause mental and physical illness but some say it inspired many of the writers and painters of the late 19th century cafe society. Absente has the aromatic flavor, aroma and emerald green color of the original Absinthe without the banned botanical wormwood. Instead, Absente contains its less-bitter cousin Southern Wormwood. Serve mixed with water or with sugar and water using a slotted spoon. Wine Enthusiast gives it 94 points.

Amaretto Di Saronno

Imported Italian liqueur made from apricot stones, which produce an almond flavor. Topaz/orange color. Sweet aromas of almonds. Lush flavors of roasted almonds, slightly peppery and not too sweet. Moderately viscous. Finish of vanilla extract with a touch of mandarin orange. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a **** (highly recommended) rating.


Honey liqueur imported from Germany. Wine Enthusiast says it has 'lightly honeyed and not overly sweet scents with a buttery/creamy quality.' Intense flavors of honey with a 'chewy as honey' consistency. Both Wine Enthusiast and Spirit Journal give it Recommended ratings. Serve as an after dinner drink, add to hot tea for a Bee Tea or use as a topping for your favorite dessert.

Barenjager Honey and Bourbon

A blend of Berenjager Honey Liqueur and Kentucky bourbon imported from Germany. Made with generous amounts of honey and all-natural ingredients. Hand-crafted by one of Germany's oldest family owned businesses. Bourbon aroma with mild hints of honey. Sweet bourbon taste with lingering honey notes on the finish. Mix 2 parts BerenjagerHoney and Bourbon with 3 parts lemonade in a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon slice for a 'Bourbon Sweet & Sour.'

Benedictine D.O.M.

Imported French liqueur originated around 1510 at the Fecamp Abbey to combat malaria. Honey/amber color. Herbal nose that is earthy and floral. Flavors of honey, citrus and herbs such as rosemary, basil, and sage. Long, smooth aftertaste. 'Kindred Sprits' gives it its highest recommendation of *****. (One of only ten liqueurs to receive this rating in the book.)

Caravella Limoncello

New code number for 64600. Lemon flavored cordial imported from Italy. The finest grain spirits are infused with the juice and peel of lemons from Italy's sunny southern Amalfi coast. Caravella Limoncello was created from a family recipe dating back to 1898. Store in the freezer and serve ice cold, 'neat', in a chilled cordial glass. Or, mix with iced tea for a 'Milano Tea'.

Campari Aperitivo

Aperitif imported from Italy. Aromas of fruit pits and botanicals. Slightly bitter flavors of fruit. An aromatized wine which means that it has a red wine base with sweeteners and herbs added. Also, quinine has been added and is evident in the bouquet and the finish. Serve with an orange slice to complement the flavor.

Domaine de Canton French Ginger

Ginger-flavored liqueur imported from France, made from VSOP Cognac infused with Tahitian Vanilla, baby Vietnamese ginger, and Provencal (French) honey. 'The Spirit Journal' says it is 'a perfect liqueur' and gives it 5 stars (its highest rating). The 'Best in Show' award winner at the 2008 San Francisco World Spirit Competition. 'Gourmet Magazine' says it is, 'Nice over ice, amazing as a component in a cocktail. It loves gin, tequila, lime, and bubbles.'

Patron Citronage Lime

Tequila-based lime liqueur imported from Mexico. Made from the highest-quality Persian limes cultivated in Mexico. Crisp and smooth with the well-balanced juicy and sweet flavor of top-quality lime with a refreshing finish. Excellent mixed in a wide variety of cocktails or as a delicious addition to sauces and desserts. Mix 1 � parts Patron Silver with � part Patron Citronage Lime, � part fresh lime juice and � part simple syrup, shake with ice and strain into martini glass and garnish with a lime wheel for a 'Perfect Lime Margarita.'

Patron Citronage Orange

Orange liqueur imported from Mexico. All natural - no artificial flavors or colors are added. Mix with Patron Silver Tequila, fresh lime juice and lemon sour for a 'Perfect Margarita' or with Patron Silver only, served over ice, for a 'Patron Stinger.'

Cointreau Liqueur

Imported orange liqueur from France. Similar to orange curacao. Clear in color. Nose of freshly cut oranges. Mildly bitter flavor of fresh orange peels with a slight hint of spice. Finish of nothing but orange. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a **** (highly recommended) rating.

Romana Black Sambuca

Imported licorice flavored liqueur from Italy. Black color. Multi-layered nose of aniseed, apricots, herbs, and a trace of citrus. Silky texture. Finishes with flavors of orange and cherry. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a **** (highly recommended) rating.

Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

Cinnamon whiskey imported from Canada. Light bronze/amber color. Bittersweet cinnamon fragrance. Sweet, spicy, cinnamon flavor. Somewhat fiery finish. Serve on the rocks or mix with cola or cranberry juice. Mix with lemonade for a refreshing summer drink.


Imported liqueur from Scotland. Made with aged Scotch-over 15 years old-and blended wtih heather honey and herbs. The original recipe was passed on from Prince Charles Edward (Bonnie Prince Charlie) to the MacKinnon family who still supervise its production today. Amber/golden color. Aromas of licorice, black pepper, dill and Scotch whisky. Flavors of licorice, herbs and whisky. Sweet with ample viscosity. Considered one of the grand classic liqueurs of the world. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a ***** (highest recommendation) rating.

Fernet Branca

Liqueur imported from Italy. Fernet Branca is in a class of liquors known as 'amaros' or 'bitters' like Averna and Campari. A blend of 40 or so barks, roots, fungi, herbas and spices thought to have medicinal properties. The original recipe was created in 1845 by the Branca family who still oversees production of the Branca product line. Dark, thick and syrupy. Fernet is at once bitter, sweet, herbacious and spicy. Serve neat as an after dinner drink with coffee, over ice, mixed with cola as is popular in Argentina or with a ginger ale chaser like they do in San Francisco.


Hazelnut Liqueur imported from Italy. A mix of hazelnuts, berries, and herbs. Golden amber color. Aromas of nuts, butter, and herbs. Flavors of hazelnut and butter. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a **** (highly recommended) rating. Can be served neat (straight up or in a snifter), on the rocks, in coffee or hot cocoa. Also used in many recipes.

Galliano L'Autentico

Imported liqueur from Italy. Sweet herbal liqueur created in 1896 by Italian distiller and brandy producer Arturo Vaccari. Produced in Torino, Italy. Made with 25 different herbs and spices. Bright yellow/gold color. Aromas of roots, herbs, flowers, and cedar. Galliano is has a complex, vanilla-anise flavor with subtle citrus and woodsy herbal under notes, though vanilla is the most important ingredient. Mix 1 1/2 oz. vodka and 4 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice in a tall glass filled with ice, float 1/2 oz. Galliano L'Autentico on top and garnish with orange wedges for a 'Harvey Wallbanger.'


Clear cinnamon schnapps from Switzerland with flecks of gold leaf floating in the bottle. Tangy cinnamon aroma. Sweet-sour cinnamon flavors. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a *** (recommended) rating.

Grand Marnier

A warm amber liqueur from France. Made with cognac, essence of wild oranges and a delicate syrup, the mixture is aged in oak casks prior to bottling. The formula created in 1880 is still followed today. Kindred Spirits gives it a **** (highly recommended) rating and says that it is a 'true classic liqueur.' May be served straight up, in a snifter, on the rocks or as an ingredient in a Margarita.

Loukatos Ouzo

Anise (licorice)-flavored liquor imported from Greece. Produced in accordance with strict European Community rules, Loukatos is one of the few Ouzos that exports the same high quality product as is sold in the Greek domestic market. The flavors come from a blend of natural anise, fennel, mastic, and coriander which are macerated, or immersed, in the alcohol. No artificial flavorings or preservatives are used. Serve straight up, over ice, or with a bit of water. The liquid will turn cloudy when water is added - a sign of real Ouzo.


Liqueur imported from France. A blend of triple distilled premium French vodka, pot-still cognac and natural tropical fruit juices. Unique aqua blue color- the liqueur - not the bottle, which is a frosted champagne style with a cork finish. The 'Spirit Journal' says the flavor is 'refreshing, intensely juicy and almost sour' and gives it *** (recommended).

Tequila Rose

Imported cream liqueur bottled in the U.S. A mixture of strawberry cream liqueur and tequila. The tequila is very subtle and really only gives a spirit flavor to the liqueur. The strawberry and cream flavors are predominate and this tastes more like a strawberry milkshake than a tequila based liqueur.

Jagermeister Spice

Spiced schnapps imported from Germany. Combines premium spices such as vanilla and cinnamon with the same legendary ingredients found in the original Jagermeister recipe. Described as a 'kinder, gentler Jager.' Mix with almost any soda - root beer, cola, orange, Mountain Dew, or tonic. Or, mix 1 oz. J�germeister Spice with 1 oz. peach schnapps and 1.5 oz. cranberry juice, pour over ice and top with a splash of 7-Up.


Imported liqueur from Germany. Made with 56 herbs, spices and roots for a unique, complex flavor. 'Cola colored (some caramel has been added for color). Intensely herbal, citrusy nose. Quite sweet with cola, citrus, and herb flavors. Chocolaty aftertaste.' Kindred Spirits gives it a *** (Recommended) rating.

Cuarenta Y Tres/Licor 43

Imported liqueur from Spain. Butterscotch aroma. Flavors of vanilla and citrus. Finishes with flavors of orange and citrus. Quite sweet.

Metaxa Ouzo

Imported cordial from Greece. A premium ouzo founded by the house of Metaxa in 1888. A combination of grapes, herbs, and berries including aniseed, licorice, mint, wintergreen, fennel, and hazelnut. Clean, cool taste. Licorice flavored with hints of fennel and anise. Good as an aperitif or cordial. Drier than anisette.

Meletti Amaro

Herbal liqueur imported from Italy. Amaro means 'bitter' in Italian and is usually bitter and sweet. The company was started back in 1870 by Silvio Meletti who helped his mother with her home-made anise (anisette) liquor business. Their Amaro also comes from an old family recipe calling for a blend of aromatic herbs including saffron, vanilla, and bitter orange. A good after-dinner drink or digestive. Served over ice or straight up.

Pallini Limoncello

Lemon liquor imported from Italy. Pallini was founded in 1875 and is still family owned and operated today in their location on the outskirts of Rome. Made from Sfusato lemons (these are the lemons that are the size of grapefruits), hand-picked on the Amalfi coast and infused for eight months in pure spirits. Aromas and flavors of freshly squeezed lemons. The traditional way of serving lemoncello is chilled and neat. or, mix Pallini Limoncello with cranberry juice and top with club soda for a 'Pallini Fresco.'

Pernod Anise

The recipe for Pernod is a slight variation of the original recipe for absinthe, an herbal elixer made from 15 exotic herbs steeped in alcohol. Licorice flavored and yellow-green color. A popular aperitif in Europe, often mixed in a tall glass with cold water (it will turn a milky color). May also be mixed with grapefruit or orange juice. Often used in cooking recipes.

Pimm's Cup

Imported liqueur. Reddish color. The original gin sling, which is a cocktail made with gin, sugar, and lemon juice. Pimm's Cup has the same flavors as the cocktail: gin, sugar and lemon.

Sambuca Romana Liqueur

Licorice flavored liqueur imported from Italy. Clear and thick. Aromas of licorice with some herbs and spices. Anise and licorice flavors. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a *** (recommended) rating.

Salerno Blood Orange Liqueur

Small batch orange liqueur imported from Sicily. Made with the finest Sanguinello Blood Oranges and Sicilian lemons. Aromas of whole-fruit blood oranges, red berries, and a hint of bright lemon. Balanced, velvety and full-bodied with a dry finish. Gold medal winner from both the Beverage Tasting Insitute and the International Wine & Spirits Competition. Mix 1 part Solerno with 5 parts sparkling wine, pour over ice and garnish with a slice of blood orange (if available) for a 'Solerno & Sparkling.'

Sortilege Rye and Maple Liqueur

Sortilege is a unique blend of Canadian whisky and maple syrup. Created from the richness and authenticity of the Quebec countryside, this liqueur strikes the perfect balance between the heady strength of Canadian whisky and the distinctive flavor of maple syrup. Serve chilled or over ice.

St. Germain Liqueur

Elderflower liqueur imported from France. Made with 100% fresh, wild elderflower blossoms. The eau de vie base is made of Gamay, Chadonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes and 100% sugar cane (though this is not an overly sweet liqueur). The Spirit Journal gives it five stars (its highest rating) and calls it 'a perfect liqueur.' Pour 1/2 to 3/4 oz. in a fluteded glass and top with Brut Rose Champagne for a 'La Rosette Cocktail' or pour 2 shots of Brut Champagne into a glass and add 1.5 shot of St. Germain, top with soda and garnish with a squeeze of lemon for a St. Germain Cocktail.

Stock Grangala Liqueur

Triple orange liqueur imported from Italy. A blend of Italian brandy and orange flavors. Can be served straight, on-the-rocks, in margaritas or in food recipes.

Midori Melon

Imported honeydew melon flavored liqueur. Vibrant green color. Light, fresh melon taste. The number one selling melon liqueur. Good mixed with fruit juice and mixers.

Villa Massa Lemon Liqueur

Lemon Liqueur imported from Sorrento, Italy. Made from the peels of fresh lemons and sugar, it's ingredients are all natural. Aromas and flavors of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Moderately tart with enough sweetness. Crisp aftertaste with a slight herbal twist. The 'Spirit Journal' gives it a **** (highly recommended) rating. Best served neat directly from the freezer as a after dinner drink but can also be used in a variety of drink recipes.

Yukon Jack

Canadian liqueur. White-wine-like appearance. Aromas of mandarin orange. Rich, satiny texture. Flavors of orange and spirit. Long, silky finish of citrus. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a *** (recommended) rating.

Dr. McGillicuddy's Coffee

Coffee-flavored schnapps imported from Canada. Intense coffee flavor. Mix with hot chocolate for a winter warmer. Or, mix 1 part Dr. McGillicuddy's Coffee with 1 part Platinum Vodka and 2 parts half and half cream, shake and serve over ice for a 'Kick-in-the-Pants Coffee.'

Grand Marnier Raspberry Peach

Raspberry, peach and orange cordial imported from France. Natural flavors of succulent European raspberries and rare red peaches from the Ardeche region of France are combined with Grand Marnier liqueur base - a blend of VSOP cognac and wild Caribbean orange essence. Complex aromas of raspberries and peaches blended with a hint of orange and citrus. Rich, natural fruity flavors. Serve neat, on-the-rocks, use instead of regular Grand Marnier in a margarita, or pour a small amount in the bottom of a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.

Irishman Irish Coffee

Coffee- flavored Irish whiskey liqueur with a bit of heat. Made with Columbian coffee, Irish dark brown sugar and 100% single malt Irish whiskey. Winner of multiple tasting awards from 'Best Beverage Award' at the Irish Food Exhibit to the San Francisco Drinks Award. Just add hot water and cream (if desired) for a classic Irish Coffee - the coffee is already in it. Also, good mixed with vodka and served chilled for an Espresso Martini.

Kahlua Midnight

Black coffee liqueur imported from Mexico. Made with Mexican amber rum and 100% Aribica coffee, for a true coffee flavor. Lighter in color, higher in proof, and less sweet than regular Kahlua Coffee Liqueur. Mix 1 part Kahlua Midnight with 1 part whipped cream vodka, shake with ice and strain into a glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkles for a 'Midnight Birthday Party.'

Kahlua Coffee Liqueur

Coffee flavored liqueur imported from Mexico. Rich brown color. Aromas of coffee beans. Flavors of coffee and semisweet chocolate. Rich and chocolatey finish. 'Kindred Spirits' gives it a *** (recommended) rating.

Kahlua Especial

Coffee liqueur imported from Mexico. Produced from 100% Arabica coffee beans from South America. Made with a unique small-batch roasting process. Especial has a higher proof (70) and lighter body than regular Kahlua. Aromas of vanilla, caramel, light coffee and rum. The taste is a harmonious blend of dark chocolate and cafe mocha. The Spirit Journal says 'this is a state-of-the-art coffee liqueur beauty' and gives it a **** (highly recommended) rating.

Kahlua French Vanilla Liqueur

Vanilla, coffee and chocolate flavored liqueur imported from Mexico. French vanilla flavors have been added to the coffee and chocolate flavors of the original Kahlua Liqueur. Mix with vodka and fresh cream for a 'Kahlua French Vanilla White Russian' or serve straight on the rocks.

Kahlua Hazelnut Liqueur

Hazelnut, coffee and chocolate flavored liqueur imported from Mexico. Flavors of gently roasted hazelnuts are combined with the coffee and chocolate flavors of the original Kahlua Liqueur. Mix with vodka and fresh cream for a 'Kahlua Hazelnut White Russian' or serve straight on the rocks.

Kamora Coffee Liqueur

Imported coffee flavored liqueur from Mexico Made with fresh brewed coffee using Arabica beans. Slightly less sweet than other coffee liqueurs. Can be used in a Black Russian, a White Russian, or coffee.

Kahlua Mocha

The original Kahlua Liqueur layered with dark chocolate from the finest cocoa beans. Kahlua Mocha blends 100% Arabica coffee, natural vanilla, and real dark chocolate. Patron XO Cafe

Tequila coffee liqueur imported from Mexico. Patron XO Cafe is a blend of ultra premium tequila and pure, natural essence of finest coffee. The taste is dry, not sweet. The higher proof brings out the flavor of the pure coffee essence and the ultra premium tequila. Excellent for sipping, in a cocktail, or as a unique dessert topping. Amaretto E Dolce

American made amaretto liqueur. Produced in Lewiston, Maine. Made from apricot stones (pits) which produce a sweet almond flavor, with hints of vanilla.


Coffee liqueur with a coffee whiskey base, handcrafted by Appalachian Gap distillers of Middlebury, Vermont. A blend of their Kaffekask coffee whiskey with cold-brewed coffee and Belgian candi sugar to create a slightly sweet, full-bodied liqueur. Papilio Agave & Maple Spirit

Tequila-like white liquor distilled by Appalachian Gap Distillers of Middlebury, Vermont. They can't call it tequila - only spirits distilled in certain parts of Mexico can use that name - but are calling it VTquila. An incredibly clean tequila, comparable to the smoothest you have ever tasted. Finished with the rich, roasted, complex flavor of good maple syrup. Made with organic blue agave nectar from Jalisco, Mexico and dark maple syrup from Cabot, Vermont. Sip it or use it in your favorite margarita recipe.

Sambuca Di Amore

Licorice flavored liqueur made and bottled by Barton Brands of Kentucky. Sambuca is flavored with elderbush or anise which gives it its licorice flavor and is quite sweet. Sambuca originated in Italy centuries ago. Usually served straight up with three coffee beans floating on top.

Art in the Age Root

Herbal liqueur made in Pennsylvania. ROOT is a certified organic spirit made with13 herbs, spices, roots, (including anise, birch bark, cloves, cardamom, and spearmint.), and pure cane sugar. The spirit's history goes back centuries. The Native Americans taught a Root Tea recipe to settlers in the 1700s. Over generations, the tea grew in potency. During the Temperance Movement, a Philadelphia pharmacist removed the alcohol and ironically rechristened it Root Beer. Root has aromas of vanilla and baking spice, with flavors of vanilla, citrus, and pepper. Mix with ginger beer, cream soda or just plain soda water.

Kinky Liqueur

Tropical fruit-flavored liqueur produced by Crosby Lake Spirits Company of St. Paul Minnesota. Kinky Liqueur into a champagne flute and top with 3 oz. chilled Prosecco (use Astoria Lounge, if available in your area, as this is what the original recipe calls for, otherwise, use your favorite brand) for a 'Kinky Bubbles.'

Llord's Amaretto

Domestic, almond flavored liqueuer. Good mixed with orange juice, club soda or with coffee liqueur and cream for a Toasted Almond. Also good in many food recipes.

Metcalfe's Vermont Maple Liqueur

Maple liqueur from Vermont Distillers of Marlboro, Vermont. Metcalfe's Vermont Maple Liqueur is made with real Vermont maple syrup and select spirits. Pama Pomegranate Liqueur

Floral lychee and alpine herb aromas, with undertones of sweet ripe stone fruits and notes of citrusy grapefruit on the palate. Tarantula Azul

Wild Turkey American Honey Liqueur

Vermont Ice Apple Creme

Cream liqueur made in Vermont by Boyden Valley Winery. This is the first foray into distilled spirits by Boyden, well-known for its fine grape and fruit wines. Vermont Ice Apple Cr�me uses authentic Vermont Ice Cider (a fermented beverage made from the frozen juice of apples), Vermont apple brandy, and real cream to create this distinctive product. Lighter and more delicate than most cream liquors. It has a complex apple taste with hints of apple and oak. The Passionate Foodie says, 'Vermont Ice Apple Creme was a surprising delight.'

Llords Blue Curacao

Curacao is a liqueur flavored with the dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit, grown on the island of Curacao. A non-native plant similar to an orange, the laraha developed from the sweet Valencia orange transplanted by Spanish explorers. After soaking in a still with alcohol and water for several days, the peel is removed and the other spices are added. The liqueur has an orange-like flavor with varying degrees of bitterness. It is naturally colorless, but is often given artificial coloring, most commonly blue or orange, which confers an exotic appearance to cocktails (like a Blue Hawaiian) and other mixed drinks.

Mr. Boston Rock & Rye

American cordial that is a mix of rye whiskey, rock candy syrup, and fruit juice.

Southern Comfort

A blend of bourbon and peach liqueur made in the U.S. Originated in the late 1800's in New Orleans as a drink called a Cuffs & Buttons, made with fresh peaches marinated in bourbon. The peach taste made the bourbon much more palatable to those that did not like straight whiskey. The original was a secret blend of flavors (peach, orange, vanilla, sugar and cinnamon). Mix 1 oz Southern Comfort with 1/2 oz Sloe Gin, 1/2 oz Amaretto and 1 and 1/2 oz of orange juice, garnish with and orange slice and serve over ice for an 'Alabama Slammer.'

Perc Coffee Liqueur

Coffee liqueur roasted, brewed, and bottled in Vermont by Saxtons River Distillery. The refined flavor of Perc is derived from the small batch roasting of organic arabica coffee beans imported from Central America. Its mature coffee flavor is balanced with natural cane sugar, yielding a wonderfully rich coffee flavor that isn't overly sweet.
