Owned and operated by Jesse Plotsky and husband Owen Daniel-McCarter, Babes Bar in Bethel brings excellent cocktails, an extensive liquor selection, midwest fare, and $2.50 Miller High Life Drafts to the historic 1850 train depot in the center of town.
The bar is stocked with over 55 beers, diverse wines, ciders from near and far, and great classic cocktails (as well as a few of their own creation). Jesse, Owen and their team keep as many bourbons on the shelf as any good Kentucky whiskey, and their Bloody Marys come Wisconsin style with a Miller High Life chaser.
